Cancellation and Refund Policy

Within 21 Days of Arrival: No cancellation is allowed, and 100% retention will be charged for the booked nights.
Between 21 to 45 Days of Arrival: 50% retention will be charged, and 50% cancellation is allowed.
Before 45 Days of Arrival: No retention will be charged, and 100% cancellation is allowed.
Refund Policy
Eligible Refunds: Refunds will be processed based on the retention policy outlined above.
Refund Process: Once a cancellation request is confirmed, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
Non-Refundable Fees: Any non-refundable fees associated with the booking, such as service charges or taxes, will not be refunded.
Force Majeure: In case of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, pandemics, or other events beyond our control, our cancellation and refund policies may be subject to change.
